“Strengthening of skills and innovative employment opportunities for the regional development of Georgia" was implemented with the financial support of the European Union and CSRDG.
The current project "Digital School for Women" aims to economic empowerment of vulnerable groups of women, single mothers and ethnic minorities in the Kvemo Kartli region, by providing them with digital education and promoting employment.
Within the framework of the project, a digital social enterprise "Techgogo" was founded, which consists of two components: a digital school and an advertising agency.
Within the framework of the project, 12 women in the Kvemo Kartli region have already been trained in graphic design, UI UX Design and Digital marketing.
The project "Strengthening the mechanism of defence and cyber security of ethnically Azerbaijani women" aims to research the violence committed against ethnic minorities in the Kvemo Kartli region using technology and to raise awareness in this direction in the community.
Within the framework of the project, a platform will be created that will provide ethnic Azerbaijani women with the information they need in the form of training and webinars.

With the financial support of the European Union and Heks Eper, we implemented a project in the municipality of Marneuli, the main goal was to implement evidence-based advocacy activities in communities with an emphasis on promoting the civil engagement of ethnic minority women and youth.
In 2024, at the meeting of the Gender Equality Council of Marneuli Municipality, the amendments to the budget and the plan developed by the Gender Equality Council were discussed. At this meeting, we presented the "Women's Economic Empowerment Sub-Program" developed by us.
